Founders Francesca Costa and Fredy Escobar began juicing at home in Baytown before selling out their first farmers market in Humble — a moment that sparked Cranky Carrot’s rapid rise. With their first shop thriving in Downtown’s Finn Hall, the couple is now bringing their bright, feel-good menu to 11th Street.
